St. Peter's Annual Family & Friends Day with Art Show

At the end of each school year, we invite students to bring grandparents, aunts, uncles, or other special adults with them on this day. The guests are invited to chapel in the church sanctuary and then to the Wildcat gym for the Annual Art Show. Each month, students explore the life and art of a famous artist and create their own art inspired by that artist’s work or style. We welcome family and friends to celebrate thousands of works of art at our annual Art Show!

Our music teacher leads students in our annual Christmas Program and Spring Musical. Grades K-4 and grades 5-8 rotate, performing each event every other year.

Wildcat Night

While registration is online, there are still many details about the upcoming school year that are best shared in person. On this night, parents and students have the opportunity to pick up information and seek resources associated with our church and school for the upcoming school year. One week before the school year begins, our principal hosts this special night for our Wildcat families to meet and share fellowship.

Middle School Art Club and Drama Club

Students in grades 5 - 8 have the opportunity to participate in our middle school Art and Drama Clubs. The programs are held after school for those students who have the desire to spend time on a current hobby or to pursue a new interest.

National Lutheran Schools Week

PTL

Throughout the school year, the Parent Teacher League is busy at St. Peter’s. Activities and fundraisers cannot be possible without the volunteer hours of the school parents. These volunteer hours are a vital part of our St. Peter’s family. We encourage parents to prayerfully consider helping out as often as possible. There is something for everyone!

End of the Year Special Honors and Awards

Each spring, we have a handful of spevial events to recognize students academic and athletic achievements. This includes and Honors Breakfast for students in grades 5–8 who achieved Honor Roll or Honorable Mention during each of the first three quarters of the year. An Athletic Banquet recognizes student athletes. On the last day of school, we hold a special ceremony to recognize students for various honors including band, choir & handbells, Honor Roll, along with individual classroom honors for K-2. Everyone is invited to this special awards ceremony and chapel service.
